Refunds and cancelling

DAWVID is a monthly plan: Starter at $9 a month (5 songs a month), Producer at $19 a month (20 songs a month) or Studio at $39 a month (unlimited songs). You can change or cancel it at any time, yourself, in one place.

Cancelling

Open Manage plan on the Export sheet and cancel on the payment provider's page. If you cannot reach it, write to thisdudestartedsomething@gmail.com from the email you paid with and we cancel it for you. The plan stays on until the month you paid for ends. Nothing renews after that, and you are not charged again.

Refunds

If the plan is not for you, ask within 14 days of a charge and you get that payment back. Write to thisdudestartedsomething@gmail.com from the email you paid with, or reply to your receipt.

A refund is for the whole payment and ends the plan: it does not depend on how many of the month's songs you have used, and the songs you made stay until they are deleted in the ordinary way. If you moved to a higher plan in the last 14 days, the same goes for what you paid for the move.
